There are so many types of limos available, it can often be quite confusing for someone looking to rent one for the first time. There are limousines based on sedans, SUVs, vans, and cross-overs. Which one you need depends a great deal on how many passengers are in your group, and the type of ‘experience’ you’re looking for.
If you want to be able to stand up inside, and have ample room (for up to 16 people), the Mercedes Luxury Coach is an ideal choice. All the amenities of a traditional limousine, but much roomier. These are popular for bachelor / bachelorette parties, and Proms.
If you’re not so concerned with being able to stand up, but still want a decent amount of headroom, the Lincoln MKT is a great option. Luxurious, roomy and full of class, the MKT is ideal for weddings, nights on the town, and more.
Need something in between these two? Well then you would want to consider the Cadillac Escalade. More roomy than the MKT, but not quite as roomy as the Mercedes Luxury Coach. These are popular for Proms, wine tasting tours and plenty of other occasions.
For the biggest groups, standing capability, roominess and overall impact, there’s only one other choice; the Luxury Limo Bus. Room for up to 40, with all the space you need. These are ideal for concerts, birthday parties, just about any occasion that requires lot’s of space for lot’s of folks.
There are plenty of other options in between the ones we’ve discussed here. You can take a look at our fleet page to see more. And if you still have questions, feel free to give us a call. We’re here 24/7 365 to help you choose the perfect luxury vehicle for special occasion.

When the subject of limousines comes up, what’s the first thing most people think of? Weddings? Proms? Bachelor or bachelorette parties? Wine tasting? Sure, those are all good answers, and good uses for a limo, but what about the “just because it’s Saturday night and I want to party with my friends” reason? Seems just as valid to us – but then, we are a limousine service, so you would expect us to say that!
But hear us out… Let’s say you and your friends want to go out for the evening – have dinner, stop at the bar, cruise over to Hollywood, hit up a club or two? Well, what better way to do that than in a chauffeur driven, luxury limousine? Sure, it’s not as cheap as driving yourself, but how likely is it that you and 6 of your friends will all fit in one of your cars? And do you really want to take 2 or more cars? And since there will likely be an adult beverage or two consumed over the course of the night, someone will have to be the designated driver. And even if one of you is fine with that, multiple cars means multiple designated drivers. And of course there’s navigating your way through the city, traffic, parking and the associated hassles and cost. This limo thing is starting to look better all the time…
Now of course, limos aren’t free. But pool the money with your friends, and you’re looking at a pretty small amount per person, for all the benefits we’ve mentioned, and more (like drop-off at the front doors of your chosen destinations, pick up in the same place, storage for personal belongings, plus the limo has its own bar.
So, decision made. At this point, it comes down to which limousine do you want? Go classic, with the Lincoln Town Car stretch limo, or maybe the Chrysler 300 stretch limo. The Mercedes Luxury Coaches are popular – especially if you want to be able to stand up. Then there’s the eye catching Cadillac Escalade super stretch SUV limo, or the Hummer H2 super stretch SUV limo. For the largest parties, we also have luxury limo buses that can hold up to about 40 people.

Often referred to as “The Granddaddy Of Them All”, because it’s the oldest “bowl game”, there is noting quite like attending the Rose Bowl on New Years Day. The crowds, the excitement, the competition. There’s also nothing quite like navigating through the streets of Pasadena shortly after the end of the Tournament of Roses Parade. Ugh! Not fun.
You know you want to go, but… you also know you don’t want to deal with all of the headaches associated with massive crowds and traffic. And that’s where we come in. We can get you to and from the Rose Bowl in comfort and style. You won’t have to deal with traffic, navigation or parking issues. Leave that to our professional chauffeurs. They know the best routes, and have access to the preferred parking areas, getting you closer to the entrance than you’ll likely be able to get on your own.
So as long as you can get tickets, why not indulge yourself with a Lincoln Town Car stretch limo, a Chrysler 300 stretch limo, a Hummer H2 super stretch limo, or a luxury limo bus? Enjoy your favorite adult beverages on the way, tailgate party when you arrive, take in the game, and when it’s all said and done, step back into your luxury limousine, and relax as you watch everyone else angrily fighting their way out of that parking lot!
Give us a call or visit our website to book your Rose Bowl limousine today!
Summer nights at the Hollywood Bowl are one of the great “getaways” in Los Angeles. The beauty of the setting, the music, the food, the wine. It’s a Los Angeles landmark, and is something that SHOULDN’T be missed!
That said, not everything about The Bowl is perfect. There are a few things that can take away from the enjoyment. And these things are no stranger to those of you who’ve lived in Los Angeles for a while… traffic jams, crowded parking, worries about drinking and driving. First off, just getting to The Bowl can be a problem, especially if the concert you’re attending is on a weekday. Once there, parking can be a bit pricey, but that’s not all… it’s also STACKED parking. Which means when you’re ready to leave, but the people parked around you aren’t, you aren’t going anywhere.
Most importantly, when you head to the Hollywood Bowl, one of the best things about it is that you get to bring your own food and drinks to the venue. There’s nothing better than enjoying a glass of wine at dusk, while listening to the tranquil sounds of the LA Philharmonic, while surrounded by the natural beauty of the setting. However, we all know the significant risks of drinking and driving, so one of you has to be the designated driver. But, of course WE have a solution to all of these issue, being a limousine service and all…
Don’t drive yourself! Let one of our professional chauffeurs transport you and your group to The Bowl! You won’t have to concern yourself with traffic hassles, parking hassles, or drinking and driving concerns. And one other little benefit… you will have less walking up those steep hills, as the limo drop off point is at the top.
So, there are many vehicle options available for your Bowl night. Which one you need is determined by the number of passengers in your group. If it’s just you and your sweetie, you may want to stick with a luxury sedan, like the Lincoln Town Car, the Mercedes S-550, or the Cadillac XTS.
If your party is 8 or less passengers, the perfect limousine would be the stretch Lincoln limo, or the Chrysler 300 stretch limo. If you’ll be traveling with more than 10, but less than 20, you should consider the Mercedes Luxury Coach, the Hummer H2 super stretch limo, or the Cadillac Escalade super stretch limo. For the largest groups (between 20 and 40 guests) then the obvious choice is the luxury limo bus.
No matter your choice, your luxury limo will be driven by a professional chauffeur who knows his way around Los Angeles. And at the end of the night, when the performance is over, you will meet your limousine near the parking lot entrance. And you don’t have to rush down the hill to get to him like you do when you take one of The Hollywood Bowl buses. He’ll be there, with the door open… you can slide in, sit back, relax, and have a good chuckle at all the stacked parked cars sitting there motionless.
Ready to book your Bowl limo, or just want to see what’s available? Give us a call or visit our website for more information about the luxury vehicles in our fleet. A word of warning… once you do The Bowl ‘limo style’, you aren’t going to want to do it any other way.

Want to go out for the evening with your spouse, maybe for a birthday, an anniversary, or just because you got your mom to watch your kid for the night? No matter the reason, why not make it just that much more special? That’s right, we’re talking about getting a limousine. And it doesn’t have to be a giant party bus, or even a stretch limo. It could be a luxury sedan like a Lincoln Town Car, Cadillac XTS, or maybe a Cadillac Escalade SUV. Of course if you do want something bigger and flashier, you could go with the Chrysler 300 stretch limo, the Lincoln Town Car stretch limo, or even the Cadillac Escalade super stretch limo. Whichever you choose, we’ve got you covered.
So, once you’ve decided on the vehicle, it’s time to plan the destination(s). Sure, you may already have that part figured out; maybe your favorite restaurant, or a movie. But if you’re looking for something a little more adventurous, check out these guides for some recommendations:
So, now that you know what you want to do and how you want to get there, let’s talk a little bit about the advantages of using a limo instead of driving yourself. First and foremost, you won’t need to worry about parking, or directions, annoying over-priced valets, or traffic jams. And of course, should you want to enjoy some wine or drinks on your night out, you won’t have to worry about driving under the influence.
Your professional chauffeur will pick you up at home, take you to all of your destinations, wait for you, pick you up when you call, and in general, be there for you the entire night. You can leave things in the car if you don’t want to take them with you, and you can enjoy your evening knowing your luxury vehicle is just a phone call away.
Even though Summer is winding down, there are still plenty of free outdoor concerts to enjoy. From Santa Monica to Manhattan Beach, El Segundo to Pasadena, you have many choices.
For help in finding free concerts in Los Angeles, here is a wonderful calendar with details about pretty much all of them. Obviously the proximity of the concert is a determining factor in whether or not you’ll go. And with that comes traffic, parking, etc. And many of these concerts allow you to bring in your own food and beverage. So if that’s something you want to do, and wine or beer is a part of that, you may want to consider having a limo take you to and from the concert.
If you split the cost among several friends, it’s very reasonable. And then even if the concert is in an area you aren’t familiar with, you won’t have to worry about it, since you won’t be doing the driving. And may of these concerts attract large crowds, which means parking can be a problem (just ask anyone who’s gone to Polliwog Park in Manhattan Beach for one of their Sunday concerts).
Consider renting a limousine if any of these seems like they’d be a problem. It’s certainly not necessary, but it definitely enhances the experience. And if you decide to take advantage of that, you’ll need to figure out what type of limousine you’ll want. A Lincoln Town Car or Mercedes S550 is ideal for 2-3 people. A Chevy Suburban or Cadillac Escalade will serve you well if you have 4-5 in your group. With 6-10 people, a Lincoln stretch limo or Chysler 300 stretch limo would be a good choice. More than 10, but less than 20 riders… how about a Cadillac Escalade super stretch SUV limo, or a Hummer H2 super stretch SUV limo? Larger than that? OK, then you’ll want one of our luxury party buses or limo buses.
